TexCom is a growing company that engages in the disposal of waste from oil and gas exploration and production (“E&P”) activities and is moving into Class I non-hazardous industrial wastewater disposal.
Management successfully conceived, funded, developed and sold its interest in a 35 million gallon biodiesel plant on the Texas Gulf Coast in Seabrook, Texas.
The Company is currently in the development stage of a project to construct an integrated oilseed crusher and biodiesel production facility in Paraguay that will allow TexCom to re-enter the biodiesel industry in an immediately competitive position.
Management believes that both segments have significant growth potential.
The Company, which is headquartered in Houston, Texas, was founded in 2003 to target acquisition and consolidation opportunities in energy-related businesses while achieving organic growth from existing businesses. (“MBE Services”), which owns a 66.3% controlling interest in MB Energy, LLC (“MBE”), an operating waste disposal company.
