The trusted ‘Go-To’ source for environmental services to the oil and gas industry

At TexCom, we take great pride in the reputation we have earned throughout the U.S. Gulf Region for being the trusted go-to source for the complete and final disposal of both Non-hazardous Oilfield Waste (NOW) and Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM) generated from the exploration and production of oil and natural gas.

Our team of experienced and dedicated professionals remains fully committed to delivering reliable, compliant and cost-effective environmental services to the more than 200 – and growing – energy producing customers that we serve and who have come to rely on TexCom for responsibly addressing their non-hazardous NOW and NORM disposal needs.

Through our subsidiary companies and under permits from Texas state regulatory agencies, TexCom currently owns and operates two Class II waste disposal facilities within the State of Texas:

  • M.B. Environmental Services, LLC – located in Chambers County, Texas, halfway between Beaumont and Houston, MBES processes and disposes of non-hazardous oilfield wastes by injecting it into the cap rock of an isolated salt dome, thus eliminating residual materials and potential long term liabilities. Since its founding in 1998, MBES has processed more than 14 million barrels of oilfield waste. In addition, MBES also offer 24-hour vehicle and container washout services.

  • Eagle Ford Environmental Services, LLC – strategically located in the heart of the Eagle Ford shale play in Atascosa County, Texas – 18 miles south of Jourdanton and three miles north of McMullen County, EFES launched its injection well operations in January 2012 and is permitted to dispose of up to 20,000 barrels of salt water waste per day. 24-hour vehicle and container washout services will soon be available at this site as well.

Environmental protection and safety underpin everything we do

TexCom’s disposal facilities are subject to rigorous and routine quality assurance inspections, audits and reviews, as well as daily risk assessments, to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the highest industry standards for regulatory compliance with all Environmental, Safety and Health-related (ES&H) matters. Moreover, we provide full transparency and auditing of our ES&H operations to members of ISNET World and PEC Premier. If you are a member of either association or are a potential new customer, please feel free to Contact Us to receive hard and/or electronic copies of our written policies, procedural guides and programs.

Building a “Business for a Better Tomorrow” is not just our slogan

At TexCom, we govern our business practices and our business-building strategies by finding effective ways to positively impact the environment and enrich the lives of our employees, customers and business partners. Moreover, we actively seek to be involved in social activities and programs that support the communities where we operate and where our employees and their families live, work and play.
